Turmeric "Golden Milk" Jellies For Skin, Liver, And Gut Health
Are you a big fan or drinker of milk that is golden? What do you think of gelatin Gummies?
If yes, you're sure to enjoy this spin on the turmeric-rich golden milk...by making jellies!
A warming plant with an affinity to the liver, it is a great remedy for skin disorders that stem from poor liver function or chronic inflammation. Turmeric also increases the production of bile from the gallbladder. It also promotes healthy digestion of fat, which is crucial in the process of metabolizing estrogen and improving the health of your skin.
According to the herb's energies, based on the plant's energetics, it is believed that turmeric is to be the most beneficial option for those who are prone to colds and who may be suffering from symptoms of a dysfunctional liver, including high blood sugar levels and allergies.
The gelatin contained in these gummies assists in restoring intestinal lining integrity in instances of hyperpermeability in the gut (a.k.a. "leaky gut"), which is often related to post-birth acne and problems with control. Gelatin can also be derived from bone broth; however, it has been found that homemade jellies are a much more enjoyable and delicious method to improve gut health!
